Great place. Kyle's customer service was outstanding. Helped me get everything I needed to fix my sprinkler system.

Kyle and Tim are so helpful every time I have ever gone in to pickup fertilizer or sprinkler parts. Good customer service is hard to find these days but they make you feel like family.

Went into the Greer, SC store because I was having some issues getting my Rain Bird 5000 rotator heads to stop where I wanted them to after having to do a major repair to a damaged line. Talked to a young guy named Matt I believe, who was just filling in and was from the Charlotte store. He was extremely helpful and listened carefully and asked good questions about the issues I was experiencing. I decided to get two new heads and I set them up perfectly based off his instructions with only slight adjustments needed. The brief education he gave helped me adjust some other ones too. It makes for a great day when somebody actually cares to take some time and alleviate frustrations as opposed to adding to them with an attitude of indifference telling a customer, “it’s not my store, or job”, an
