I am so happy with my new garage door! My old door was at least 21 years old and had been beaten up pretty well from various accidents and mishaps. Had another "mishap" on Sunday but the damage wasn't discovered until Monday. The door decided it was done. I called EGD and a tech came out shortly after. Ben was friendly, personable and informative. We made a deal on a great door. Ben and Frank were out here the next day and did a great and quick job on the install. Ben came out within an hour of calling and fixed my garage door. He explained to me what he was doing and went out of his way to show me how the sensors work as well as additional features on the GDO remote mechanism that I didn't even know existed. He even set the clock to the correct time! 20 minutes and boom he was done!
