Express Floors of Nashville NC

I’ve been using Express Floor for about 4 years now and couldn’t be happier. Adam and his team — from the office to the installers are awesome to work with. Always professional, easy to communicate with, and they get the job done right. I use them for both my rental properties and flip projects, and they always come through with great pricing, fast turnaround, and solid quality. Whether it’s carpet, vinyl, or hardwood, they make the whole process super smooth. Definitely my go-to flooring guys in the area! (Last 2 projects pics attached)

I did not have a positive experience with Adam as he quoted grinding (a 20 minute service) the floor prior to installing LVT/P and he warned about noise from the grinding so we set an early morning appointment but by no means did he share there would be dust for 4 hours…I lost business for an entire day because he didn’t take the time to set proper expectations based on the room and building set up and also did not provide an invoice with my business name. I will never request a quote from this business EVER again!

Great experience across the board. Every person who works here is exceptional. They are all so friendly, kind, and are with great communication. My carpet looks amazing, and I am so happy. The process of booking the quote, picking my carpet, and scheduling the install was so quick and problem free. Not to mention, I got 4 quotes and not only was this the most affordable with the best service, but even after upgrading materials it was still less than the three other quotes I got for the lowest grade materials. Highly recommend.

Extremely happy with the owner, Adam and everybody at the front Desk. The three men Who came to install the carpet in my house? They did three bedrooms, hallway and living room. . Could not be more pleased with the workmanship and the professional of the guys laying in the carpet!! Everybody I encountered at this business definitely gets 10 star rating !!!!
