Oasis Custom Pools and Yardscapes

I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel like this company deserves credit for the outstanding customer service and craftsmanship. Last year I had a pool installed by another installer and when completed the pool was off level by over 4 inches. I contacted Oasis Pools to hire them to re-install my pool. They walked me through every step in the process, offered suggestions and completed the installation beyond my expectations. I can take a level to any point of the pool and it is dead on. I am very happy with the craftsmanship and professionalism that this company works under. I would highly recommend using Oasis Pools.

I have been battling with this pool for weeks now. One thing after another kept breaking and I couldn’t for the life of me get it clear. Every single time, I called Oasis Custom Pools and Yardscapes. Oxygen system stopped working, they came and replaced it and did the warranty work. Pump froze up, they came and replaced it. Water still not clear, they came and got it cleared up. They’re always reliable and dependable. They don’t try to over sell just to make a dollar either. It’s hard to find trustworthy people but these guys are just doing what they love and helping people along the way. Thank you all for your help with this pool and its many issues during start up season.

Absolutely would recommend… 10 out of 10. Wonderful experience through the whole process. The entire team was absolutely fantastic, answered questions and responded quickly.

Chris responded immediately to an equipment issue that was not his fault. But he still went to bat for me and saw that we were taken care of. I strongly recommend using Oasis Pools!

We had our pool installed and it has been a dream of ours for years. They were on time, courteous and did an excellent job. We have contacted them several times since we have never had a pool before and they are always so helpful. We went last weekend to their store and purchased several things we needed for our pool and they were so helpful in the store. We could not have asked for a better experience! One of my friends recommend Oasis to me and I am glad I listened so if you need a pool or have a pool and need chemicals etc I could suggest you contact them or visit their store.
