Thank you so much for all your amazing work, Boris! I initially contacted You Name It Construction for an estimate to fix the erosion in my backyard, and Boris responded promptly to my online request. We met in person to discuss solutions, and he explained clearly why the problem had developed and offered thoughtful suggestions. I really appreciated the transparent communication throughout the entire process. They were able to regrade the backyard, connect the back downspouts and direct them away from my house, seed the yard, and install straw matting. I added a before and after photo below. The cost for the high-quality work was fair, and I would gladly hire them again if needed. I highly recommend You Name It Construction and am very grateful for everything they did.

Boris is honest and straightforward in letting you know what needs to be done to do the job the right way. Did an excellent job on our building demolition and grading the pad for our new building with proper drainage. He also got our driveway looking good with #5 gravel which is excellent for drainage. You name it and he can get the job done right!

Boris from You Name It Construction was outstanding to work with. Other contractors quoted me thousands more, but Boris came out and came up with a smart, cost-effective solution that saved me a lot of money. He widened my driveway over my pond by creating a proper barrier using fabric, clay, and rip rap on both the pond side and the drain side of the driveway. He also went above and beyond by cleaning up the rest of my existing driveway without using any additional materials, which I really appreciated. Boris was extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely honest—easy to talk to and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to work with someone you can truly trust. I will definitely be using him again for future projects and highly recommend him.

We recently hired You Name It Construction and Grading to address some drainage and standing water in our yard. We also wanted to close an open ditch in our yard and resurface our driveway. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Boris listened to our concerns and delivered the solution. He installed a catch basin at the gutter, regraded the yard to direct water. The ditch now is piped and has rocks for drainage and is covered. Bushes were removed where needed and the driveway resurfaced with ABC. As a plus an area that will be home to a workshop was leveled. All bare areas were seeded and covered with straw. All this work was done on time and on budget at a reasonable cost. Boris and his team treated this project as it were their own property.
