Very difficult to get them to respond to you when visiting their garden center...I went there to purchase a Christmas tree the short-haired lady attending the lot \ was rude, impatient, condescending, hateful and her attitude was as if to say "I could care less if you buy from me because somebody will come in right after you....you know that look that says its a privilege for customers to spend their hard earned money here not appreciation for the customer at all...There were 3 people there when I was there...a guy ahead of me who she was helping, then me then, two other ladies....I was patient and waited for her to finish with the gentleman ...next she came to me and I told her I would like to purchase a Christmas tree how much are they.She said from $50 to $100...I ask her to pls show m

Red oak mulch delivered 16 tons of 57 stone to my home and tailgate spread it and it looks fabulous. What stuck out even more was the superb customer service and friendly associates. I will continue going to them for my mulch and gravel needs! Amazing service!

Very difficult to get them to respond; used them for buying a carport- HORRIBLE experience; do NOT use them for this as they are just a go between-and they did nothing to help. Newmart Carports is a rip off- guys don't show to install when they say, called Newmart and they didn't even know their guys hadn't shown or where they were. Been going on for days.

I was very disappointed when I came home to see that they delivered my 270 bags of mulch by pushing it off the trailer. I then called Gail she was very nice and said they would come out tomorrow to stack it as that is how they normally do it she understood I was not real happy so she said we want our customers happy well in less then 15 minutes two men were out here stacking the mulch very nicely. I want to thank Red Oak Mulch and Garden Center for making me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Jeff Welch
