As I was in the process of moving, I was impressed by James' prompt and professional response to my request for gutter and roof repair over my leaking screen porch. Though I was actually out of state when the job was completed, James kept me informed with photos and videos of the work's progress. We've been working with James since we bought our house almost a year ago. The previous owners didn't know anything about the roof, so we brought him out for an initial inspection. He has since been out several times to help in our war with a pesky woodpecker on our insanely high siding at the top of our chimney, as well as regular maintenance and small issues with our roof. The last time he came out, he noticed significant damage from Hurricane Zeta last fall, and we were able to get a new roof approved through our insurance with his help! Within the last 2 years I had a new roof put on my home. Everything seemed fine until a few months ago when I started to see water dripping down my wall and ceiling in my living room. I reached out to the company that installed my roof on numerous occasions. Three times I talked to someone and was promised that I would get a call back and I never did. A couple of nights ago during a bad thunderstorm things became worse. I had a camera get flooded on the corner of my roof and was fortunate to have James, the company owner, visit my property quickly to assess the issue. Unfortunately I needed more extensive repairs around my soffit so I awaited a quote to continue working with Exquisite. This was on Aug. 10th. 5 days later I followed up asking for that quote again and was told it’d come ASAP. 9 days later I asked again if I’d be able to get some help for this task (again, just looking for a quote) and received no response. Now 11 days later I’ve still not received any information and have been forced to look elsewhere for a roofer.
