Exquisite Windows & Doors

Unfortunately it has been 2 years since I have asked them to come and complete their work. The framing on the windows they have installed is falling apart and they have not been out to fix after numerous texts. Originally I thought they were an OK company, I understood the long wait time. But this is un acceptable. I cannot recommend them.

I contracted with Exquisite Windows and Doors in September 2021. It is now August 2022 and I have no window and have been probably been scammed out of my $3000 down payment. I have been trying to work with them in good faith but the do not answer the phone, return calls or emails. Will only answer text if I text dozens of times. Was promised a Winter installation, and was told Covid problems. Was promised installation in spring but more excuses. Was told in June his dashboard said two to three weeks and I have not heard from him since. I am now going to try to recover my down payment from a guy who does not respond to any contact and seems to be hiding from me. I have filed a better business complaint but have not heard anything and it’s been a month

From start to finish, Justin and his team made sure that all our wishes were met above and beyond standard services. Justin was friendly, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about our wants and his products. The team was extremely polite and made sure to clean up after themselves. Great people, great company, and great products!

Tyler & Lucas did an excellent job on our windows and sliding door installations! They were very neat and cleaned up everything. You almost didn't know they were here, they were so quiet. What a tremendous difference - I don't have to put 3 pieces of plastic on each window anymore!! We had to wait a little while because of all of the rioting across the country last year = glass shortages!! Justin was so easy to work with, and all of his employees are exceptional!!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!!!
