On April 30,2015, this company came to our front door and offered us a sale that they had on bathrooms and driveways. My kids and my mother went to Puerto Rico because we have only one bathroom in the house. That was the first biggest mistake I made, because they brought immigrants to teach them the work and make so many mistakes. When I came back and because we still own them money I ask them to change and redo many things that were not done the way I ask. Till this day I working on my bathroom myself redoing the grout because it looks like they use an old gout that they had in their warehouse for year. I hired extreme home construction in 2017 to complete a siding project on my home, install a new window and have the gutters replaced. Since then in 2018 I had to have them come back since the siding melted on one side of the house. However since then in the past two years I have called and left messages because the window they installed in my kitchen has been leaking they do not respond to my out reach and now I called the number and it’s disconnected. So much for standing behind your products.

We met with Steve and he is very nice and walked us through all of our changes we wanted to make. Celeste is an angel she is always positive and responds to any questions immediately. All of the workers were good but late and like the owner you couldn't get an accurate time they would arrive one day I called Steve Bolin and he responded by yelling at me and hanging up . His wife Celrst got him out Of that one. Billy the plumber was so nice in the beginning but once our fire pit was in nobody including Billy Celeste or Billy's worker Steve who came here after Billy had come and said he would contact the manufacturer he ever answered our calls.We recommended Extreme Homes to a friend who also used them and complained about them always being late. I was totally pleased with the workmanship & efficiency demonstrated by Extreme. The siding was done as promised in the least amount of time possible. I checked other contractors & found that their prices were reasonavble, especially since they did not take any shortcuts just to get the job done & the cleanup was immaculate. I personally spoke with Steve (the owner) and left him my information for an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Neither he or anyone from his office called me back to schedule an appointment. After a week of not hearing from them I made the call to them and was even an appointment for an in home consultation at 9am. Took off from work and waited till 10am before I reached out to them for an ETA. I spoke with some guy who picked up and explained that he was currently with a customer and was running late. So unprofessional!!!! Not even a courtesy call to tell me he was running late. At that point I was just frustrated with this company. I told him to not bother coming to my home. I'm sure glad I didn't continue with them because I can forecast further problems with them. Thanks for completely
