Alex was very responsive throughout our entire incident from explaining the water mitigation to the final repair and build-up. The team showed up with all their equipment to dry out everything. He personally took all the moisture readings and explained everything to us. We've never experienced a water claim in our home and it was reassuring to have him working with us. His team did a great job with the repairs and final build-up. You can't even tell we had damage. We highly recommend Alex and Extreme PRO Solutions!

Started out helpful, resourceful, and professional. Appreciated the thorough walkthrough with our estimate. Unfortunately, the professionalism didn’t last. With some back and forth regarding our estimate, response time grew longer, until we were ready to sign the contract and then they completely ghosted us. Instead of dragging us along for over a month, admit you don’t have the bandwidth for a project and be done. I definitely do not recommend this company! If the quality is already lacking at this phase, I hate to see a completed product.

They removed the mold in my attic and then they had put new insulation in to make it safer for my family and I..I would recommend them to anyone that would ask me about them thanks John
