I had 2 new garage doors and openers installed. When there was an issue with the one of the openers being very noisy, they replaced them with upgraded ones at no extra cost. They were also responsive to replacing the in-house buttons to ones that can lock. Very professional and personable installers/technicians and would highly recommend.

CONSUMER BEWARE‼️: This review is in regard to the SERVICE ASPECT of F&L DOORS. We had 2 new garage doors installed by this company over a year or so ago. We live in a gated community & prior to purchasing the doors we were informed by the salesperson (I’m paraphrasing) that their company does a lot of work within this community and they are always in the area so we should just call if there would be any problems. (The F&L company has a building about a mile down the road from our community). Product installation went smoothly & we have been pretty happy with the doors but over the past month or so they seem to have been running rough. My husband, who is a mechanical engineer, surmised the warranty was still valid &, because he is busy, called to have a service tech check the situation

We used F&L Doors to replace two garage doors with new openers, a keypad, weather stripping, and the aluminum wrapping around the doorway including the wood underneath that needed to be replaced. The installation crew did an amazing job making everything look and function great. After seeing the effort they all put in to make things right and just what we wanted I was impressed and will recommend them to others. Brandon is the salesman you will want to work with to do your estimate and ordering. He is a consummate professional with all the knowledge and expertise you want in someone you hire for you project.

Disappointed with Quality and Service We purchased a garage door from this company six months ago, and unfortunately, we’ve had problems from day one. While their service team is responsive and comes out to fix the issue, the repairs are always temporary. There seems to be a fundamental flaw with either the door itself or the installation, and I find myself calling their service center every few weeks. A brand-new garage door should work smoothly for at least the first year, but this one has been nothing but trouble. Despite repeatedly asking for a permanent solution, they have not been able to resolve the recurring issue. It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with ongoing problems when you expect reliability from a new product. I would not recommend this company unless they improv
