Josh was great. Personable knowledgeable made sure part did not leak before he left. Very dissatisfied with cost. Part was ordered from Amazon for $17.00 and got charged $124.00. Major rip-off. And cost was lowered because I signed up for service contract.
Kenneth was friendly, very helpful and efficient. He was pleasant to talk to. He made sure that all range burners were functioning properly. I was given advice on everything stove/ range top related. I would definitely hire him again.
David was on time, professional, straightforward and friendly. It turns out my fridge was still under warranty, and I appreciate how David walked me through the steps to take, saving me money, time, and stress. Thank you, team!
