Our family owned business was a faithful customer of Hess Concrete for over 35 years. We have several large scale projects that are experiencing surface issues due to pop outs from soft aggregates contained within the concrete. The owner George Hess, after doing business with him for over 35 years will not take responsibility for his product. We are dealing with a lawsuit over a product we had no control over and Hess Concrete will do nothing to stand behind their product

the drivers are pretty cool and I can't say they take forever to get to the job being we are doing all the concrete for the tractor supply building right across the street so they are there for us on our big pours.

Great service! The guys in the office were courteous when taking my order. The delivery driver steve was very professional when dropping off my concrete. He was a great help. Overall smooth business great pricing and great customer service.

Absolutely the worst. Delivery scheduled between 1-2pm. Called at 330 to check on it and got called 5 expletives and told its my fault. Blame your mistakes on the customer then curse at them. Never again, avoid these people at all costs.

The guys are FAST and friendly. Family owned business for many years. Latest automation for the right mix. RELIABLE AND FAIR.
