I should have wrote this review a long time ago. Back in March 2023, I was looking to get out of having oil and switching to natural gas. My original plumber always had an attitude or would never answer my calls half the time. I decided it was time to switch companies. My sister in law told me she used plum - air. I called and scheduled an estimate with Brian. Brian arrived on time and answered all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and very honest. He told me how the install would go and sent me an estimate for a Carrier Hybrid. I really liked how he organized the estimate and gave me options to choice from. I recently had a central air system installed by Plum Air, they did a great job from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend there services to anyone.

Anthony and his team are awesome! Highly recommend They are fast and professional and very prompt even on the weekends Recently had 2 hot water tank issues and they took care of it with no issues. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I thought I would try Plum Air on a recommendation, and boy did I make a mistake. The biggest since I have owned my house for over 30 years. When the installation was complete and the unit turned on, the next morning my white ceiling was brown and wet. After having them come back to inspect the unit, I was told that the unit was not level and the water condensation was not going to the drain pipe, it was going into my insulation and ceiling. The sales rep/manager never even offered to paint or repair it. He left me a box of intake filters instead. It cost me $350 to have it fixed. Then there was no air flow in one room and he said it was like that. Well when one of his technicians looked at it, he said a flow valve was closed on the new unit.
