Factory Direct Windows

I purchased a fold up window from this company. The handle was stripped. So it will not open window properly. I have been trying to purchase or get this company to send a new handle for a CO inspection for 2 months and they will not help me

I have a rental property in Chandler Arizona and reached out about upgrading all my windows to save money on my high AC bill each month. I talked to Travis and we found windows that would drastically increase keeping the heat out as well as the noise. There was no haggling or upcharges it was literally what his website said. $750 per window installed and that was 1/3 of two other quotes I received. Shopping with Travis was easy and two days later they came and did the measuring and ordered my window. BC Windows now. Havent had install yet but their customer service is excellent.

Nobody is there. No idea what happened to them.
