Let me start by saying that I'm sure these guys do great work, and almost apologizing for this poor review. That said, I purchased a home last spring and have spent more than 7 months now (reached out in August, it is now mid-March) trying to successfully transfer the warrantee to my name. The system in my home has (thankfully) worked great and I believe these guys did it, so hey, good for them. But my polite follow-up, about once a month or so to check in, has gradually led to being ignored. If that's the way this company does business, I can't in good faith recommend them. Would actually be overjoyed to amend this poor review with a simple resolution to an issue that I reached out about in August and was told "the paperwork is in the mail" in October. It's March.
