We called on Fannin Mechanical over twelve years ago to replace our unit outside and unit up in the attic. Chris gave us a far better price than other bids we had gotten. From that time on we have continued to call on him for any hiccups we may have encountered in any minor repairs.... as we know he is upfront honest with what is truly wrong and pricing on the part. Chris just finished a two part repair on our A/C. We had a compacitor go out on our unit outside and the blower fan in the attic. Yay.... cool air again. As long as Chris is in business... he has our business!

My air conditioner quit working on a wednesdayy night around 9:30 pm. I called FANNIN MECHANICAL out from Weatherford Texas. Chris came right over even though I am not located in Weatherford. I'm all the way in Graham Texas In the middle of the worst hot days so far this year with over 100 degree temperatures every day, Chris came to my rescue. Even though the air conditioner I had, died and was graveyard bound, Chris helped me thru the process of making an intelligent choice for my needs. He even went above and beyond my expectations. He found me the right unit, and upgraded us with a slot to place a two inch air filter that made it easy as pie to change our air filters. He came and installed the Unit and Compressor and did not leave until all was done and I was happy. He even stayed

Fannin Mechanical came out on short notice Sunday evening and repaired my AC for my family, which has a newborn baby. He is an honest person and didn't overcharge me like others I have had before that want $$$$ because its after hours just to come out. He also provided me with some excellent knowledge for the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chris installed a mini split system in our new home. We called him with questions and he talked us through what to do, always willing to answer questions or come check things if need be.

Chris was very knowledgable when our ac system was having problems. He had different options for us and didn't automatically reccomend the most expensive solution. Honest and friendly.
