Fare Green

We had a terrible experience with this company. One year ago they built our patio and we weren’t happy from the start with the walls and stairs. The stones they used were cracked or discolored and there were ‘drip’ marks everywhere. In some places they used the wrong materials. We tried to work with Al to get it made right but even after he sent his crew to make an attempt to address our issues, things still looked terrible and he just complained that he was losing money on the job. The job was a mess and we’ve since found out that the materials used were old and he didn’t prepare the proper foundations. One year later, our walls and stairs are sinking and separating. We’re having them knocked down and rebuilt. The floor of the patio seems fine as was the landscaping work.

After multiple attempts at getting Al to commit to a date for services he advised he would be out Saturday morning at 9am. It was 1030 and still a no show. I attempted to call the business number and his personal number with no response. I left a text as well and got nothing. Not a great way to run a business leaving your customers waiting for you to show and leaving them high and dry without so much as call with an explanation. I will not use nor do I recommend Al or Fare Green Landscaping.

We had the best experience with Al and his crew at Fare Green Landscaping! The team was friendly, professional and always on time. They did an outstanding job with our new landscaping and patio; I would highly recommend their services!!!!
