Wash Buggy House Washing

For the last seven years, each spring we’ve had Wash Buggy clean our house, porches, and furniture. They’ve always done a great job! This year was no different, however, we were out of town and were told by our neighbor that one of their employees mistakenly left our outside spigot on and we ended up having a lot of water on one side of our house. I contacted Trish at Wash Buggy, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of customer service we received! Trish assured me that if the water had somehow found its way into our crawl space, she would make it right. In fact, before I could even reach out to tell her that the good news was that we didn’t have water in the crawl space, Trish actually texted me on a weekend to ask about it! Called for estimate to wash my house. I was told someone would contact me with an estimate in 48 hours. Received that estimate via email, but I also wanted an estimate to power wash my patio and walkway. Was given a number to call if I had any questions. I called and left a message via voicemail. No response..repeated this procedure and still no call. Final attempt, I spoke with a third party answering service and left a request for a return call. I received no response...at all. Nobody to talk too in this company....I'm done here...moving on to SPEAK with another company....Tom G
