Hellens Heat & Air Conditioning

I’ve been using Hellen’s to service my now 20 year old a/c / propane heater system since 2021. They have always provided friendly, prompt, and professional service to me at a reasonable cost. This week was an example. I am a part time resident and was out of town when I saw on my security camera that the temperature was dropping and clearly the furnace was not working. I drove 2.5 hours and arrived at the house at 6:30pm on Friday night (24 hours before a severe storm was forecast to arrive ). After quickly determining that it was not anything I could correct, I called Hellen’s and left a message with their after hours answering service at 6:45pm. I've been using Helllen's heating and Air ever since Wayne has been the business won't really call anyone else. They're reliable, friendly and reasonably priced.. they know what they're doing never had a bad experience with them

Nothing but exceptional customer service on the phone from a very friendly and communicative lady, I'm sorry I can't recall your name, but I am very appreciative of all your assistance. The tech, Mark, was quick, efficient, very friendly and loves dogs, even when ours was peering over his shoulder to be pet constantly. He still managed to do an excellent job with no mess. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Mike showed up when promised, estimate was reasonable and we were without a/c, so they fit us in asap! Workers were tremendous! Couldn’t ask for anything more!
