Very modern and responsive company. They use text messages to keep you updated and make appointments, which I love. They also were fast to schedule my appointment as my air conditioning was out. This was my first opportunity to work with them, They resolve my issue. Emailed me a bill and my air conditioner has been working great ever since. I hired them because my son’s bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the rooms in the house. They came and took temperatures of the rooms and found that my son’s room was 5 degrees warmer than the other rooms. They gave me a price of over $1300 to fix it and left. Weeks later I get a bill for $288. Nothing was fixed and all that was done was they took the temperatures in a few rooms. I called to find out what the bill was for because it stated repairs and installment of parts. Of course I got no response. $288 to be at my house for an hour and not fix anything is ridiculous.

Kathy and team are very professional. Josh & Wayne have fixed my HVAC a couple times this past spring & summer. Very prompt and transparent. Will consider them when the time comes to replace my system.

We have been a customer of Hyett for over 15 years. They recently changed ownership and it has made a 180 degree change in - customer service, competency of technicians and all around service. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

We called Hyett and a couple of other companies for an estimate . Hyett refrigeration was at our house in a couple of days. The tech that came here was very knowledgeable on the different systems available to us. Also, from discussing some concerns about ac in the summer suggested, we put 2 more returns. One in each bedroom.I want to say that Hyatt carries york Systems and others too. We decided to go forward with Hyett refrigeration . We not only got a better unit and a 3 ton with a split heat pump compared to companies that want to charge 7 and 8 thousand dollars more. Their units were 2.5 tons and a 14 seer.
