Called to check if I had the right deck belt for my mower. They check and said we got one $50. No problem so far...I said I need to see if this spare belt I have is the right one. Just asked for the belt numbers was told to "put it on there and try it if it don't fit come see me"

I hit a stump, and knocked the deck of my reconditioned mower which I had bought from Bruce Lawnmower repair. When Mr Bruce's son came out, in less than 15 minutes, he just changed out a cotter pin on the deck which deformed when I hit the stump. The deck was back to level, and his son simply said " go ahead and mow". I'm 70 and on Social Security, and could just imagine how much I would have pay to repair my mower. He even waived a service call charge. That's my idea of service, and compassion. I have had to take a tongue lashing for my stupidity in the past for a similar accident. I really appreciate the Christian attitude and treatment. Thank you, Mr. Bruce and Son, and may God bless you 🤗
