This store has the friendliest staff. You need help they not only tell you where it is they show you. Have a problem to solve they help you solve it with the best advice and the items you need so you don't waste money buying the wrong products. Check out clerks are always helpful when stuck with the self check out station. Prices at Lowes are still my favorite even if ordering online. DATDEB highly recommends this establishment 😁.

Can't return an item i just purchased because its past 48 hours? If the customer service lady were doing just a bit more than breathing I bet I could get the pressure washer replaced. Do better Lowe's. I bought this 5 days ago. ATTEMPTED to use the item and it wont run. This was faulty from manufacturer. Now I have to wait for an extended period of time to get this one fixed? This is why Lowes is failing. Accept your burden of being a convenience and do the return and notify craftsman yourself and have the manufacturer replace it between you. Now your an inconvenience. This is why I Amazon everything. Poor quality service

Purchased a mower for a discount that was missing an air filter cover. Took it home and the mower did not run. Went the next day and was told I could not get a refund. Instead was sold parts for the mower to fix it. Those did not work. Now I am out hundreds of dollars for a mower and parts for it. Would not recommend this store.

It was ok the thing I hate is they have nothing but self serve checkout. They are getting people to work for nothing and those that were checking out have no jobs . That is in my opinion

The plumbing man was very helpful with helping me find various fittings to retro fit a portable washing machine with smaller fittings to the standard hardware hook ups in a house/apartment. I was even short a few bucks on some of the items and he purchased them for me!! Very professional, helpful, and would highly recommend his plumbing advice/expertise.
