They got here promptly on time but this was an all day job-not what we were told. They were courteous and polite and worked hard. The only reason for four stars BUT, whoever decided that putting white rocks without my permission needs a refresher in customer service. We will spend another week just trying to dig them out. We had bricks to use but no one bothered to ask. This is a danger to anyone mowing grass or weeding. We spent the better part of last summer digging them out of the flowerbeds and are still finding them EVERYWHERE. We have used you for our AC/heating maintenance, and for our plumbing issues and have always been pleased with the service we received . Please do better!

Dylan is wonderful. He is kind, respectful, joyful and very professional. He is very competent and he showed me pictures of my duct work and videos also, which gave me a great sense of what he says is correct and I know what's going on. Very knowledgeable and helped answer several questions that I had. I really, really liked Dylan and I felt so satisfied after he left. I am a widow now and appreciated his willingness to explain everything to me. My husband took care of everything. Dylan is very sweet and even loved on my two crazy doodles! Thank you Dylan for giving me peace of mind knowing all is good with my heating system. Thank you Dylan. Southern Air has a great employee and I hope Dylan is rewarded for the fantastic job he did for me.

Brady and Ashton couldn't complete their service as the machine didn't work. We rescheduled the appointment and we want Brady and Ashton back. Both gentlemen were very nice and informative of everything they were here to perform. Went through each room explaining in detail what they were going to do. They made such a good impression too. We definitely want both back to do the maintenance.

Beau did an excellent job! Explained things thourly.Had great customer service.Very helpful and came in under a 100 dollar s cheaper than the competitor. Would highly recommend Beau canter and southern air of Pineville La. Great service Thank you again.

Southern Air was very professional, helpful, polite, and cleaned up well after the work was complete. They seem to go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied with their service.
