Love, love, love my new floor! Mr. Steve and Krystal made my life easier with all of their knowledge and help! Rob, Eddie, Dylan, Hosea and Claire outdid themselves with all the hard work with prep, laying and finishes! They went above and beyond my expectations! I would 10/10 recommend Mr. Steve and his crew! Also, they were very patient with me as I had to deal with insurance.

They seem very knowledgeable and steered us toward a true hardwood. We were told it was made here in Metarie, and installation was going to be $150 since we were under 100 sq ft. Quote came back at $250 for installation. Decided we would install ourselves. Went to pick up the boxes and clear as day says made in Cambodia. Very disappointed as we were referred here from friends. Wanted to support local business but after the delivery fee and dishonesty might as well go to Lowe's. So after seeing this review the owner contacted us and did his best to remedy the situation. They installed and 6 months later the work looks great.

I dealt with Leesville flooring before the holidays of 2019. Mr. Steve saw the state of my kitchen after a big leak from a bad connection on a dishwasher. The floor was destroyed and lots of repairs and work were needed. I had no money with no one to help and was looking at $8,000 repair and remodel. Mr .Steve got a contractor from one of his contacts to help me with repairs and made it where I did not pay any upfront fees or cost. Mr. Steve saw the dilemma of not having a family kitchen for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years. Mr. steve had all the work handled for me; leaving me free to deal with the insurance on valuing the damaged area and get my payout.
