Really good customer service is becoming rare these days. From the beginning, Farmplast/Mile Crate Direct, has provided top notch service. We splurged on ordering quality crates to help with our move. After placing an $800 order I still had doubt about what I ordered size wise. I called Farmplast, no big call center with autodirect message,I was immediately greeted on the phone and was told even though dimensions are that different from what I wanted, the size held was big. They kindly canceled my order and let me re-order what I wanted. Delivery took a couple of weeks but I was in no hurry to receive such a large order. Few months later I reported an issue, not expecting much but figured wouldnt hurt to inform them. They replied quickly and offered to replace the damaged items <3 Getting

These crates are the real thing!! Not the flimsy kind you find in big box stores - they’re like the ones your friends used to steal from gas stations back in the day, but better. I couldn’t be more pleased that Milk Crates Direct offers these in small quantities to individuals, and in beautiful colors - they’ll make honest people out of us all. Genuinely, thanks so much.

I’m really impressed with Farmplast’s milk crates. They’re extremely sturdy, reliable, and well-made, perfect for heavy use and easy stacking. Their customer service is excellent too—quick, helpful, and clearly proud of their products. Overall, great crates and a great company to buy from!

Fantastic Products I’ve bought a dozen of the hinged totes and matching dollies, they are a perfect match. They make storage tetris a breeze. Customer service was quick and helpful. Will buy from them again.

——UPDATE—— Farmplast did reach out to me after the review below, they did everything possible to make up for the bad experience. I was very impressed with the customer service through this process, most companies complement the positive reviews but ignore the negative ones, Farmplast not only reached out to apologize, but also shipped double my original order absolutely free. You can tell a lot about a company by how they react to negative reviews and they did everything in their power to make it right! The only note I have is maybe quality check shipping before it goes out 😅 that box was rough! But order was completely intact and build quality was fantastic! Thank you Farmplast!
