You will be walked through what is going to be needed, then they do exactly what is agreed to and charges you exactly what is quoted. There is no double speak or games with the project. I was completely at ease, additionally the day of the job the owner and installer are respectful of your home, rugs, walls, etc.- so don't be nervous about any of those concerns.
