This company did a really good job. Their sales guy was very straightforward and honest and gave me appropriate choices. Their service team always got right back to me if I had a question. The installers were helpful and allowed me to make a video of how to light the pilot light. Overall, a great experience.

Sean was very professional and personable! I was very satisfied with the service he provided. We received a detailed assessment of the issues with our fireplace and photos to support the findings. Sean also offered to help us navigate an insurance claim. I highly recommend Felgemacher. They are reputable, honest and a delight to work with.

5 stars all the way through. First time using them for cleaning the fireplace. 15 min text heads up the tech was on his way. On time, professional, and used drop cloths, cameras and a drone to see the top of the chimney. Showed me pictures from the drone and inside. No unnecessary upsell. If you want a lifetime, Customer oriented, professional company to clean your fireplace this is it. Bar none. Thanks!

Matt was terrific! He was on time during a ice/snow storm, and was patient with the chaos around him. My family moved into our home last week, and Matt explained the features of our fireplace clearly. He gave a recommendation as to where we could purchase a gas fireplace for our master bedroom ensuite. His inspection/cleaning was thorough. Matt is knowledgeable and personable.
