Felikian's is a fantastic store, they really went above and beyond. They made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and were there with us every step of the project. A special thank you to Richard, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me choose the perfect carpet. He took the time to answer all of my questions, offered recommendations, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. They also have a really expansive selection or carpet and flooring options and better prices than I've seen anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their carpet or flooring!

Everyone in the showroom provided excellent customer service throughout the selection, purchasing, and installation process. When an unanticipated problem occurred after installation, Eliza Gasparian responded immediately to our concerns, quickly made a personal visit to assess the situation, and rapidly went above and beyond expectations to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the outcome. She was wonderful. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful carpets and the outstanding service we received!

They carry a large selection of CoreTec flooring! Unbelievable prices and customer service. Highly recommend even if you’re not from the area! Don’t settle for some basic floors from Floor & Decor. Save yourself hours trying to shop around and just come here. My sales rep Brenda was very patient and helpful in the buying process. Thank you for my beautiful floors!

I could not be happier using Felikian's Carpet for new carpet on our rental property. The salesman, Andre Harmand worked with me to get me the best quality for the money, and in promptly scheduling its installation. The installers worked quickly. They took over and carefully moved every single piece of heavy furniture out of the way. They had the experience and the know how to install all the carpet in one day. They then return all of our tenant's furniture to normal, cleaned up, hauled away the old carpet and left the tenant to enjoy their fresh new place. I love the carpet!
