Ferguson Home

I chose Ferguson for remodeling our two bathrooms. The showroom was convenient because the majority of the products I wanted were on display, which was helpful. The first item to arrive was the drain for my Kohler tub. I was sent a used one with scratches. They didn't even bother to package it properly. We are still working on trying to return this item.The second item I opened was a Kohler tub with some marks and scratches. They weren't horrible and my contractor said it's not uncommon so I kept it. My final straw was the Toto toilet tank. After being installed for less than a month, there are cracks in it. We were told it is not covered through Ferguson. I spent thousands with them. I am not impressed. Home Depot would have replaced it with no questions asked.

So frustrating when you identify product as in stock and ready to ship when you don't actually have the product in stock. Ferguson showed items in stock and ready to ship so I cancelled an order with a different retailer after placing an order with Ferguson. Then, I get a backorder notice on EVERY item from Ferguson. Clearly you're chasing orders and hoping the vendor has it in stock to drop ship even though you are representing it being in your inventory and ready to ship. Thanks! Have to update this. When trying to cancel the order, which they could not fill because they simply took my money and then placed an order with their vendor, they would not promptly refund my purchase. Great Shipping/Recieving Team. Every time super fast unload. Check-in entrance next to dock B. Overnight parking allowed, however space is kinda limited. You can also park on the side of Decatur Ave along their building. Just don't pass their passenger cars parking lot - no parking signs there. Hours are Mon - Fri 6am to 4pm. Cheers 🥂

Walked in and was greeting by a grumpy man that clearly didnt want to talk to anyone. He said he was the traffic director. I asked if he could direct me to some who could help. He said there was one sales person on the floor and they were busy for at least an hour. At least i was able to compare comodes.
