Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Walked into this Ferguson Plumbing store in San Gabriel, the other day in search of Hardware mounting nut to mount a pull down sprayer sink. I was not greeted til I got there attention, then the gentleman on the end counter right in front of me, didn't look like he was having a good morning, no smile, almost like he's asking himself, what did I do to deserve this? Last time I walk into that place of business!! Still, I deserved better customer service an I correct? I mean we , the customers, pay their wages. The End

I was struggling with find the right parts for my moms ancient Kohler toilet. After 3 hardware stores, no one could solve my problem and sent me here. The guy name Alex(I think that’s he’s name) helped me out and gave me very detailed instruction on how to fix the toilet. He was so informative, helpful and supportive! So happy this place offer service and help to people who don’t know anything about plumbing like me 😂 thank you! And I highly recommend anyone who has plumbing problem or needs parts replacement to come here.
