Can you please update your system. I buy one faucet and you give me 10 pages of 8 x 10 receipts like it's 1970 ... Then you still have customers sliding their credit cards. Ferguson has been around too long and is too much of a big name in the plumbing business to be so far behind the times Honestly, I can live with sliding the credit card but the amount of paper you give to customers for a purchase or a return is ridiculous. Ferguson just bought Build.com ... do better!

Call several times and no one picks up the phone.Every time I call this branch, no one ever picks up the phone.I'm gonna stop using your\nProducts at ferguson

I regret not coming here first! I had gone to 2 other stores beforehand and sadly they couldn’t help me. They say 3rd times the charm, and they weren’t kidding! Ferguson had the part I needed in stock and I was in and out within minutes. Thank you to the staff! You guys were awesome!

This company is trash for the delivery truckers…… unloading taking time 8 hours. It’s too much.

Ferguson's at White Plains is excellent for all bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances. Ms. Dodie Kolb, Customer Service Representative, is the BEST! We were very impressed with her professionalism and expertise. She provided us with the best customer service imaginable, and because of this, we will always buy our bath/kitchen appliances and fixtures at Ferguson's.
