Fike Bros Carpet One Floor & Home

The help I received from Fike Bros was outstanding! They installed both premium vinyl and carpet in my home. They did a fantastic professional job! The workmen were friendly and Kim Campbell was so helpful as I chose my flooring and worked out the dates for installation. I highly recommend them!

Great experience! Kim Campbell was the BEST to work with. Very helpful, patient and great follow up. We were surprised when Kim came to our house with the crew taking measurements of the rooms we were getting carpet for in our house. Kim took a lot of time explaining the differences and pros and cons to the carpets we were looking to purchase for our home. In addition the install team for our carpets was great as well. They were very careful working around are freshly painted walls. We HIGHLY recommend Fike Bros Carpet and ESPECIALLY Kim Campbell! Well done Kim, thank you for all your help!!!!!! My wife and I purchased LVP flooring and carpet from Kim. We had a very positive experience. We did experience a minor issue with materials being ordered incorrectly. Kim was, however, quick to fix the issue, and she went above and beyond to make it right. (Great customer service). Bobby and Matt came and installed the carpet. They were very professional and efficient. A great experience overall.

I went to Fike Brothers seeking a specific product--- Marmoleum-- and had a very good experience. Kim is experienced, knowledgeable and very very helpful. She guided me through the selection of my flooring, including guiding me through the forbo website, which is extensive and not very user-friendly. Scheduling the installation, through a different member of the organization, was a little funny but eventually happened. The installers, Tyler and Hunter, were friendly, efficient and professional, did a great job, and communicated well through the process. I love my Marmoleum floor, and I thank everyone involved for a good experience.

I am happy to review and detail our experience with Fike Brothers in the selection and installation of Luxury Vinyl Planks for our living room. In short, we couldn't be more pleased. We worked with a private decorator in this process and she has a wonderful working relationship with Fike Brothers and I can see why. Our Fike Brothers consultant, Kim Campbell, was a joy to deal with, from the initial selection of the planking we eventually chose, to the in-home measurements, to the contract paperwork, and then the ordering and finally expert installation.
