Fine Line Improvements

I was never on the roof. I have a bad back in spine. He’s lying his man Jacob was up on the roof, putting insulation over to suffix. He stepped on it incorrect the ceiling he is lying about it. Also a bunch of other things he was supposed to put baffles in my garage. He never gave me my contract. I signed. There’s so many things that they messed up on my house that I’m having problems now two year two winners later now January with the freeze of icicles on my Gutters and when they insulated with foam insulation, I have pictures of all that it’s a bad company to deal with. They don’t come back in Repair. What they damaged. Patrick is a kind man. He talks good until you pay him like I said before I told him about the problems he says while putting new insulation in for your cheap never come

Patrick, Nicole, and their Fair Line roofing team are really great! They were very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. They are also detail-oriented and make it very easy for us to progress through the necessary steps, including financial aspect. Not only did they do a great job with the full roof replacement, they went above and beyond to do extra repairs (dent in driveway left behind by dumpster, and replacing gutter elbow). They are highly recommended!

This company was great to work with. Patrick with great in explaining what needed to be done and why, he was patient and answered all my questions. The staff that was here were wonderful and respectful, they were amazing right from the tear off to the clean up and they got it all done in one day. Pricing was reasonable and would recommend them to come and give you and estimate.

Patrick and Nicole are absolutely awesome to work with! This the second job that we have contracted with them and again could not be more satisfied they go above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Their team of installers are professional, courteous and most of all talented. I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend them to anyone that's interested in having a housing project done! Just had an entire roof and gutters with guards replaced a few weeks ago. We received quotes from 2 other roofing companies. We decided to go with Fine Line Improvements because they had quoted us a decent price, one of the review site had good reviews and the owner, Patrick seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately not great reviews on here. Wish we would have checked other review sites. The office staff were very friendly and polite before they got half the payment but quickly after that no communication. After they finished and did cleanup on the roof we only saw them give a quick swipe in a very small area with the magnet sweeper. The gutter guys still had to come back to install the new gutters and was told that once the dumpster was gone they would come back and do more magnet sweepin
