I contacted Brett George on a Wednesday afternoon regarding questions about a heat pump. He did an analysis of our needs and gave us an invoice on Thursday afternoon, and we now have a fully functioning heat pump on Saturday morning. Outstanding! Brett is very personable, meticulous in his work, and outstanding in explaining all aspects of the installation and uses for our new unit. Brett called me the first day I called and came by to give me an estimate. Within a couple of weeks, maybe three, he installed the unit. They did the installation smoothly and ran it before they left. They were efficient and professional. The work is neat and clean. They showed up at 9 rather than 8, which I appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves. He was open to negotiation on the initial quoted price. He was friendly and considerate. I really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.
