Joshua is just wonderful. Friendly, responsible (and if I weren’t madly in love with my husband and about 30 years younger) —sorry, I digress. Informative and professional service, absolutely.

Our pest control technician, Colby Parsons, is an awesome representative for Terminix. His unfailingly patience to answer our questions & easy explanations helped us to understand our unfortunate rodent infestation. He is courteous, professional & efficient and deserving of all the kudos we can muster about him. Terminix should be very proud of this young man & how he represents their company. At a time when most big companies are paring down their ‘one-on-one’ customer services, this fine young man really delivers. Thank you, Colby, for assisting us with our our issues.

Colby Parsons was very timely and very knowledgeable. He showed me what he was going to do and where he would do it. He was very professional and very well spoken. He allayed my concerns about the price of the service with his excellent descriptions and communication. Unfortunately a lot of hidden fees and bad communication. All I wanted is a single spray for spiders and they enrolled me in an ongoing service and charged me almost $400 total over 5 months. I never got a free inspection either to help reduce points of entry. Also was upcharged on the first visit by $65 and was never reimbursed. Also multiple appointments initially that were missed with no call/no show. I even took off work one day to be here and they never came.

Our inspector, Samuel, did fine on communication. However. Terminix has the market cornered on wildlife services in this area, and they know it. After a (very) brief inspection of a rental property I own in Syracuse he sent me a quote for almost $4,000 to, in effect, put in a handful of one-way doors to evict some squirrels living in the space above the upstairs bedroom. There were a BUNCH of hidden fees, and an attempt to include a service contract sign up at something like $300 a year.
