Witty Appliance was such a fantastic find! It's great to work with a local company that’s prompt, communicates clearly, and truly treats you like a person—not just another job on the schedule. The technician was cheerful, respectful of our home, and had our washer fixed quickly and smoothly. They were informative, provided honest work, and genuinely wonderful people. We’re so happy we found them and will be recommending them to everyone we know!

As professional as a repair company can get. I initially called for help with our dryer and was told they were fully booked, with an estimated wait time of about a week and a half. To my surprise, they managed to come within a week. The technician diagnosed the issue immediately and had the necessary parts ready by the very next day. The service was prompt, efficient, and exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be returning for all my Whirlpool needs!

Had Bob over to check out my oven that wasn't working properly. Within moments he had the problem diagnosed and repaired. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had. Professional, thoughtful and courteous. His prices were more than fair. I would recommend Bob and his services to anyone.
