FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

Reposting as it was deleted. Hands down has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They do not respect your time or home. They told me it would be a 3 to 4 hour job to patch my ceiling and they would complete the work the next day... That was a month ago. Their employees will show up to set up work and then leave, have continuously told me it will be done tomorrow and then not show up, their employee Jake had his pants down in my living room and I saw his butt. Every time they have come to "work" They leave a mess that I have to clean up. Don't trust what they tell you. They definitely will not follow through.

I am a property manager in Spokane, and we have been working with First On-Site on a number of projects. This past winter, we had several pipes freeze at our apartment community, and First On-Site was prompt in responding and addressing the mitigation and rebuild work that needed to be done. We have also used them for several capital, general contractor type projects. Ronell and Dillon are very responsive to any questions or concerns that we raise, and are good at providing timely updates. Overall, they are one of the easiest vendors to work with, and we will continue using them.

License plate C84392U needs to learn not to park in a handicap spot while simultaneously blocking the view of traffic.

I actually did some work for them. We did restoration on a home that was surrounded by fire and I was quite happy with how thorough they get.
