First Response was so professional, efficient, and great at communicating every step of a very stressful water disaster the week of Christmas. They worked swiftly to make sure mitigation was done correctly and we very much appreciate their service! Highly recommend and I'm glad we chose them over other companies. Gary showed up and was respectful of the property and eased my worries about what I had perceived as water damage on my subfloors. He was kind and help lighten my stress and mood. He assured me that the floors were dry and even recommended products to help in the future if I see growth.

Reliable and great communication. Chris and the other owners do what they say they will and they provide free estimates. This time of year with fires and frozen pipes, having a company you can rely on is very important.

Step by step process. Explained each step. 3 to 4 week job. Jeremy, Gary, Dylan, Danny and Beau were great. I gathered several bids and considered price, materials, and duration of job. I am happy I chose First Response.
