2 years on a row, annual furnace maintenence...2 yrs in a row having to call back in a month for something wrong with the furnace, all because the initial technician didnt do a thorough job but still had to pay. This year, all that was wrong was a clogged drain...something that should have been found the first visit AND second visit but it took someone else to know what was wrong in 5 minutes.

I had these guys come to work on my a/c. My fan would only work on circulate. Tech came and said system needed charging. I had to work but my wife dealt with it. The tech told her everything worked and left. I came home and of course fan didn’t work. My wife called them again and tech said we needed a new fan motor so $2700 later new fan and still doesn’t work. We called again and a tech came and checked the system and said we didn’t need the new fan. I said I wanted the old fan put back. He said his boss Rob was on vacation but he was good about taking care of customers. The tech also noted our thermostat was incorrect. I did purchase the thermostat last year when we had issues with the old thermostat but their tech Caleb installed it and said nothing about it being incorrect. My wife cal
