Fix My Casablanca Fan/ Sun's up fans

I purchased a replacement shade for a Casablanca Fan that is not longer produced. It was advertised as a replacement for the model number, brand and make fan; while it looked almost identical to the actual shade sent was too large and did not fit into the fan which is a slot and notch turn system. Call to find out if the wrong item was sent or if I could get the correct item. Was told no that should work and that I need to send the item back on my dime and a refund would be provided minus my original shipping. Really you list/advertise it as a direct replacement, which it was not, and then you expect me to be charged for your error. Stay away horrible customer service.

I ordered multiple fan switches and didn’t end up needing all of them. I attempted to contact customer service several times by phone and email to request a return label, but never received a response. Disappointing experience.

My fan was making a clicking sound and it was inoperable. I took off the fan blades and made a quick video on my mobile phone explaining what the fan was doing. I text messaged Mark the video and within 30 minutes Mark called me with a fix. He told me that the rubber wheel the fan blades mount to had slid down the shaft and needed to be pushed back up and secured with the Hex screw. He took the time to explain exactly how to make the repair. I was able to make the repair myself without sending in my fan. Mark was courteous and professional I will always call on him first before going anywhere else for service. Thank you Mark!

We've got two fans on one controller, and one of the fan's electronics failed -- again. Mark said they are susceptible to power surges. He presented different options -- replace one fan's electronics with the same, replace both with new electronics that would be controlled by a new RF controller or switch. We opted for the latter as he said it was more tolerant of surges, better electronics. He worked quickly but carefully and got the electronics replaced and explained how the new controller worked. He then took the time to balance the fans, one which had been annoying us with a clicking noise for 12 years. Mark's a professional, very happy to recommend him.

Great customer service and provide a couple of options to repair Casablanca ceiling fans. Casablanca company was bought out by Hunter Fan and hence parts are no longer made for early generations of Casablanca fans. Prices are reasonable.
