I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and did a horrible job. Before we bought our house we needed a new sceptic. Frank pushed the job back every week from the june 23rd to when it was finally completed on July 29th. We were told it would take him 3-4 days to complete. We closed on the house two days later. After moving in we realized they ran our tree over, they left giant logs and sticks coming out of the mound, the grass only grew on one side, muddy pools on the sides of our house and there was erosion on the top of the mound. One spot was going under the fence and into my neighbors yard. This is an underground septic tank by the way. I contacted frank two weeks later asking if he could come over and check everything out. I've used this company twice for septic repair. Pump replacement, provided same day exceptional service. Tank installation very reasonably priced, does not overcharge. Very knowledgeable, I was told by other contractors that the owner Frank Allen is who the proffesionals call when they have questions.

Some years ago, they installed our system in our property and passed the county inspection, returned once for service since. Now, system is alarming, chirping on/off, annoying at night. Happened while we were on vacation over Christmas week. Called twice, no return call. Called again day after, still getting voice mail and no return call. Guess business is so good, he don't need any more.

I am from another State and I was told by Frank I will not leave your yard if it don't look like mine lol well I know his yard in Jacksonville don't look like this .when it rains now I probably can use his boat in my garage because that is were he drained my back yard to go. I don't have any paper work on the job it was like he had a better job to go to and just left mine and never came back now I have to clean his mess up and order a lot of dirt to fix his job 😡

Frank and his team installed a new style system at my house and did a great job. We are lucky to have this company in our business community.
