Had a pipe burst in the apartment complex I live in. Flood pro came out immediately to help clean the water off the flooring. Left a big humidifier and fans to help stop any mold from growing. In the midst of everything going on, I forgot the two gentlemen names. They were very knowledgeable! I recommend!

We are so happy we used Flood Pro! This was our first experience with a flooded basement. We were shocked and distressed to say the least. Flood pro arrived the same day and eased our minds. They worked late on a Sunday night to extract the water and ended up saving our carpet, which saved us a ton of money. It has been 4 months and our basement looks like it never flooded. No smell or signs of mildew. The owner was very friendly and professional, and the prices were extremely fair! They also do carpet cleaning. Mark came out right away when our basement flooded. He was punctual and conscientious covering all bases for everything that was damaged. He came every day to make sure things were drying as they should and was incredibly thorough in documentation of all damaged items. For a situation like this, Mark and Flood Pro made a bad experience so much better by providing incredible service and kindness.
