What a wonderful experience we had at floor decor. We were incredibly confused about what to get for our new bathroom and we needed a lot! Thank God we bumped into Nick. He was amazing. He walked us through all the different tile, lvt and vanities and helped us pick the best for our renovation. Being a business owner myself, I would love to have an employee like Nick to represent my company! I would like to add, we received a call from Ney that our order was all set but we needed a little more time before pickup and he could not have been more courteous and friendly to work with. Great job Floor & Decor on hiring and retaining such great employees!

Richard is always extremely helpful. The entire staff is great, but there are a handful of individuals. I will go out of my way to see when I come in there because they are so wonderful. He is one of those.

Huge selection, solid hardwood, engineered, laminate, etc, etc. Tons of tiles, from teeny tiles to gargantuan tiles bigger than a person. Plenty of parking. The carts are too small for the flooring boxes which is the only negative. People were friendly.

Purchased $8500 in marble 2’ x 4’ tile. Paid 280$ to return it and this is how they left the property. Only took the tile when they came back to pick it up. Great job !
