Went to Home Depot to replace my Dad’s snowblower, we had the BEST experience at this store. We were helped by Michael D. and Ravy. My Dad and I went in with a plan and thanks to those two workers everything ran smoothly. Thank you guys for helping us out this morning! We will definitely be coming back to shop at this store location again!!!

I made a double keys for house inside this store but unfortunately they did not work. I went there to return them but one of them was missing a Tag , as I was talking to the cashier and trying to explain to her that I bought them through my Home depot credit card and she can find them in my purchase history another cashier mane J . Javet joined the discussion and she was yelling at me like I was a thief trying to steal something from them I tried very hard to explain to her but she kept being rude and load by telling me the keys you returning are different. I'm just wondering how she allowed herself to yell at me or disrespect me? then at some point the other lady who been with her asked me to swap my card and looked to my history and found the date of my purchase and refunded me . This

I’m leaving 5 stars only for Jonathan, a manager here who is excellent with customer service. In the last two months I’ve probably spent $20,000 at Home Depot to fix my house. I bought over 60 bags of insulation, and when you do you’re supposed to the machine rental for free for one day. Both times, a lady working at the rental center doesn’t even let you speak before she charges your card the full amount. So, instead of getting a free day on two separate occasions, they charged me full amount. This time I was not going to let it slide. Thankfully for Jonathan, he found a way to get me a full refund after they already closed my ticket. I was not accepting store credit as I already spent a lot of money here.

My business shops daily at Home Depot locations across in New England and this is consistently the worst store we’ve experienced. I drove two hours to pick up two pallets, only to be told on arrival that the order had already been picked up and was marked as released. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for answers, I was told I’d receive a call back from management after they investigate cause it was taking so long. I never did. For a Pro customer making large, frequent purchases, this level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Most stores welcome our business, Avon has had issues of this caliber multiple times to the point I had to write this review.

Review for Matt in Van Rental department- I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Home Depot with an employee named Matt. From the very beginning he was rude and dismissive. Every time I said “thank you,” he would just stare at me and then look away, no acknowledgment at all. At one point he was talking with another employee,(taller white man, with glasses) and when I said thank you to both of them, they literally just looked at me and turned away. I had rented the larger van but didn’t know how to operate it, so I had to keep asking for help. Instead of showing me how to use it, Matt would just walk over, do it quickly without a word, and then walk off. The whole interaction felt passive-aggressive and honestly rude.
