Everyone that I encountered from beginning to end has been great. I called in the evening during the blizzard and Ryan was great with scheduling a tech come out early AM the next day. Dave assessed our boiler and hot water tank both needed to be replaced and was thorough with explaining the issues both appliances were having and the best route with which types to choose for the installation. Anthony, John, and Joshua came the very next day to do the installs and returned each day until completed. Unfortunately, my heating system stopped working during the week of the blizzard of February 2026. I placed a call to New England HVAC and a couple of other HVAC repair companies. New England HVAC Pros responded right away, and David Smith showed up within a couple of hours. After examining my furnace he informed me that my 42 year old furnace was done. He pointed out the issues with the system and why it could not be repaired. Another company had given me information and estimates about possible repairs and replacement costs.
