I had a great experience at Floor & Decor. They consistently have some of the best deals, and I was able to find the perfect tile for my new bathroom remodel along with all the materials I needed to complete the job in one trip. I especially want to recognize Michael Flores for going above and beyond. He helped me in the showroom, made sure everything was ready for me at checkout, and when I asked for help loading the tile into my car, he didn’t hesitate at all. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Between the selection, pricing, and employees like Michael, I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects.

Jacob and Karen were so much help!! I went in this store overwhelmed and Karen asked if I needed help and helped me right away! Jacob came to unload my car with my exchange and load it while asking if I needed anything else. This customer service is what will have me coming back to this store!! Highly recommend if you want a friendly experience from the ladies who greet you at the door to the gentlemen who do the heavy lifting on the floor! My associate was Master, and beyond grateful as I changed my mind a few times and he never complained once!! Love it!

I am so happy I decided to visit this store instead of the options closer to me. The selection of tiles is so much better than the Home Depot or any other hardware stores. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products and the various methods of installation. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Jacob C. while placing a custom order and I am a customer for life after my amazing experience. If you are building or renovating and want the highest quality tiles, flooring, fixtures, vanities, and even tools, then give this store a look! You will be so glad you did!
