Flooring First

I am ecstatic over my new floirs. Cheri was terrific in helping me choose the right wood to blend in with my honey oak cabinets and dark brown furniture. She even let me take large samples home. Pedro and his brother were fantastic installing the flooring, explaining things as they went. They were very patient with my two nosy Siamese cats. In the end they were thorough in the cleanup. I highly recommend Flooring First because of their personal snd professional care.

After a couple of hiccups due to a supply chain issue, new flooring was installed throughout my home. Laminate, LVT and carpet all look beautiful! Installation was done professionally and efficiently. I worked best with Jason and Jennifer, they were fabulous to work with, great communication from them. Ask for them if you can!

The flooring options, price and the installation of the floor was great. My trim and baseboards look terrible. The communication with the owners is horrible. Very difficult to get in touch with. They don't respond to calls or text messages. Be sure to discuss your baseboards/trim when discussing the flooring installation. I spent over $25K and it looks like an unfinished project due to the baseboards and trim. I did speak with the owner Walter about having the installer out to fix my baseboards and trim, but he has stopped returning my calls and text messages. I would gladly have paid to have new baseboards installed during the time of the flooring installation, but that option wasn't even presented until the installer was on site. Love my floors! I want to do my whole house next. I only got two rooms done and the whole experience was FANTASTIC! Vanesa our sales representative was great from the process of selecting flooring up to post installation. So communities and the installation took less than 2 hours per room. Fast service! Worth every penny!

My experience getting an estimate from Jennifer and Wally was fantastic. They took the time to answer all of my questions and patiently explain the pros and cons of different materials without any pressure.
