We couldn't be happier with Marchio Tile & Carpet. Kevin & Michelle are the absolute best. The decision to tile our backsplash was a long time coming. Michelle helped us with design & product choice. Kevin was more than accommodating. From getting us measured, checking product availability & scheduling the installation. He even went out of his was to help with area rug pickup & delivery for cleaning. These people are the nicest professionals in the business. The subcontractor that they had do our installation was the best. The level of quality & the attention to detail by everyone is superior. Thank you to everyone. I absolutely love my new kitchen.

We shopped several local flooring stores and the big box stores before I stumbled upon Kevin and his team at Marchio Carpet in downtown Lockport. Best find we have made in a while. Prices were extremely competitive, but the service is what was overwhelming. Jordan took care of a lot of my questions, and he and Kevin took over and made the whole process extremely smooth. Besides the carpet, they installed hardwood on our steps that everyone comments how great they look. I’m a big believer in shopping local, and you will be taken well care of at Marchio!

Did some remodeling in our older homes kitchen. Marchio Tile had a lot of samples to look through. Jordan and Phil were amazing and helped with many ideas I hadn't even thought of. It turned out Beautiful! The process was fast and easy! Installation was great down to every small detail. It is a Great company to work with! Can't wait for further improvements to my home with Marchio Tile!
