My heater went out in my house. He came out gave me a very affordable bid. I accepted it. The next day he installed my new heater highly recommend this company five stars.

Mark at London Heating & Cooling was great to work with! He was able to fit me in quickly and was very professional and honest about what I did and didn't need done. Got my AC fixed and furnace cleaned within an hour at a fair price! Also was able to give me a quote on a new water heater, that I will be needing soon, so will be reaching out to have that done as well. Looking forward to working with London Heating & Cooling again!

I woke up today 1/30/26 with a broken furnace and cold house. In the midst of a cold snap, I needed it repaired ASAP. I called Mark London, he was at my house in less than 90 minutes. Having called him to clean my now 10 year old furnace several years ago, I felt good about calling again. He found the problem and fixed it, but more importantly saw that the flue pipe from the furnace to the chimney was corroded and had actual holes in it, leaking lethal carbon monoxide into my house. He easily replaced it and was finished with the entire job in less than an hour. Not only did Mark get here quickly on a very cold day, he potentially saved my life. London Heating and Cooling is my go-to guy. The best!

London Heating & Cooling was fantastic to work with. Mark was able to fit me in quickly, and both he and his team did excellent work from start to finish. The price was very fair, and I really appreciated that he charged me exactly what he quoted—no surprises at all. Mark is honest, professional, and takes pride in what he does, which is why so many of my family members recommended him to me. Mark at London heating & Cooling was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with troubleshooting my furnace. He knew the codes off hand that I had going on. We were able to figure the source of the problem, then went ahead and came up with a plan of action. His prices were by far way under what the big corporations are charging. As a small, family owned company they rely on good workmanship, customer service, dependability and very flexible hours of operation.
